Janitor at 2Go Bus
Job Overview
Gogo Bus is a bus company in which they assure the safety of all passengers and look out for their well being as well as their employees’ well being. In order to prevent any sickness in the employees and to keep a clean environment, they are looking for a janitor. The company requires someone who is able to create a clear working environment to maintain the facility appearance at Gogo Bus. This position is based around the need for a reliable and hardworking person who can ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
Responsibilities:
The janitor will be responsible for:
● Clearing out any garbage inside the buses
● Maintaining the office floors clean and spotless (sweeping and mopping)
● Cleaning the bathroom and stocking up on toiletries where needed
● Clearing out the garbage cans when they are full
● Following all safety and health regulations
● Inspecting all areas of the building to ensure everything is cleaned
Essential Duties
● Making sure all areas of the workplace is clean and well maintained
● Cleaning is done in an orderly manner
Non-Essential Duties
● Assisting with non-cleaning related tasks
● Running staff personal errands
Required Skills and Qualifications
● Education and Experience
○ Experience in thorough cleaning
● Language Skills
○ Spanish, English or Chinese
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
● Able to clean a large space in a due amount of time
● Knowledgeable in the use of all cleaning materials
● Able to work with a flexible schedule
● Can maintain the area clean with others around
